Amala Paul will replace Shruti Haasan in Dhanush's next movie , to be directed by Aishwarya Dhanusjh.


Shruti Haasan will not be taking up the role opposite Dhanush for Aishwarya’s film as she doesn’t have any dates to allot! Shruti is currently quite busy in Tollywood where she has three films on hand.


Post her widely-appreciated performances in Mynaa and the recently-released Deiva Thiirumagal, Amala Paul seems to have become much sought-after in Kollywood.

Anajana's Veppam to release tomorrow

Anajana's Veppam is all set to hit the screens on Friday. Produced by Anjana's mentor Goutham Menon, the movie has garnered enough attention even before its release. Buzz is that the movie would be opened in maximum screens in Chennai.


Starring Karthi, Bindhu Madhavi and Nani in lead roles, the movie would be released simultaneously in Telugu as Sega. Says the director, ' it is an action-thriller with scintillating moments'.


Impressed watching the movie, Goutham, Menon said, ' wish I could have made a movie like this. It is a great compliment for me'.

Actor Dhanush birthday with Rajini

Dhanush turns 28 today.

The actorseems to be having a great year winning National award for best actor in Aadukalam and happy at his father-in-law Rajnikanth recovering well and returning from Singapore.

The actor is working with his brother, director Selvaraghavan, on his Irandaam Ulagam currently and reportedly sports three looks in the film. Post that, he’s expected to start work on the film to be directed by wife Aishwarya. Looks like this year will continue to be lucky for the actor!

Dhanush meanwhile is planning a quiewt birthday. He is preferred the day to be spent with his close friends and family.
