The launch of the new restaurant Escapade at Thoraipakkam on OMR(Old Madras Road) was a lively affair as high fliers from the city conglomerated for an evening of glitz and glamour. The highlight of the evening was a fashion show choreographed by Karun Raman which featured city models sashaying their way on the ramp. The event aimed at showcasing what is said to be the largestrestaurant in South India was graciously hosted by Ranjit Ramanujan and Divya Singaravelu of team Escapade. Among those who attended the launch were Mrs Nalini Chidambaram, Mrs Nalli Kuppusamy Chetty,actors Shakthi, Aadi, Premji, Ajay, Sibiraj and Aminur Rahman, Australian Consul General for South India and Trade Commissioner among others. The dancers from the Raack Academy also put up a great performance with their nature themed dance
